Blink is inspired by the idea of using visual and spatial elements to preserve and represent memories. By creating personal memory towers, I place specific objects within imagined spaces to explore the connection between memory, place, and time. This book focuses on the transition between two Chinese-style pagodas: one in Hangzhou and the other in London. The book transforms the act of blinking into a metaphor for how memories appear and disappear, creating a reflective and interactive memory walk.
This project combines layers of space, time, and memory into a tangible and interactive experience. It invites readers to explore the intersection of images, objects, and cultural contexts. By doing so, the book provides a structured yet emotional narrative, bridging the reader’s personal memory with the visual experience of the memory towers.
