Encryption is commonly used on the Internet for encrypting information. If encryption is applied to a physical space, we can imagine it as something secret and closed. An example of a representative architectural space is a bank vault. The generation process includes the sealing property, lock behavior, and the agnosticism of decryption logic. In this project, people will be able to play with and decode a physical object by using a similar method of bank vault encryption.
Inspired by the movie Glass Onion, I would like to design a puzzle box using Rhino to build up the model, and then create the physical version of it.There are four puzzles that need to be solved to unlock this puzzle box. The answers to the first puzzle will lead the participants to the next puzzle once they have solved the first. When all of the puzzles have been completed, a cylinder will be taken out of the box in the middle, and the prize will be found there. Participants are required to interact with the puzzle box, allowing them to immerse themselves deeper in this experience. This immersive experience encourages participants to think creatively to solve the puzzle box.
