In my project, I use casting as a method to create replicas of objects that hold a special meaning for me. The process of re creating these objects, distorting their details and weaving them with stories connects to my moving to different cities around the world, and serves as a way to physicalise my memories. In doing so, this body of work has helped me to reflect on my identity, and cultural background.
