The work 'Capturing Light in Moment' juxtaposes a series of 30 cyanotype works with 30 photos of the sky, to explore an intersection between nature, light and routine. I captured fallen leaves and flowers from the park and I followed a meticulous process of brushing the cyanotype onto watercolor paper every day before going to bed. I also took photographs which have captured the colours of the sky while I was producing the cyanotypes. My aim was to understand how variables such as weather, light conditions and location interact, by creating a diary where I collated records of the weather, time, environmental conditions and my experiences of those.
