The work 'Absolute Distortion' explores a series of hand movements in relation to activities performed throughout a day with the aim to break the standardised codes into our daily interactions with objects and the built environment. To do so, I captured and archived a series of hand-led bodily movements which encompass the activities I perform sequentially throughout the day. These photographic records are printed on transparent film and arranged on the wall. I have also made a stop motion, to capture movement and time.
