My project explores media communication environments with a focus on the development of Emoji symbols. To do so, I make a comparison between one of the first human writing systems, the murals on rocks, and the rapid development of Emoji culture in the digital world, exploring the relevance of written symbols and human communication. To do so, I chose an ancient Chinese poem, and I compared the content presented in Chinese with the English translation of the British translator Ezra Pound in 1915. Then I refined the words in its content and represented it in the form of Emoji symbols. The interpretation of this poetry is open.
