Fifteen days after birth, people begin to distinguish colors. From then on, we live in a gleaming chaos of a world in multiple hues. Over the past two decades, there has been a trend in Hollywood movies to colour grade films with a limited palette of teal and orange. My project scrutinises this trend and examines the relationship between mainstream film aesthetics and social realities.
