During the pandemic, people's activities are often confined to a fixed space. The table is a very important object where functions normally carried out in outside spaces such as shopping and classes may have to be carried out in the confines of one's own flat. For example, the table may have a range of functions, from a dining table to a classroom. For my media studies project, the table is used as the main medium to compile the relationship between the objects on the table and their spatial properties, and whether different objects and people's actions on the table change their spatial properties and functions.
